Peak Season: 6-8 Weeks Out

Wedding season, graduation season, major conventions, and holiday travel windows fill up fast. If your trip falls during one of these peak periods, start the booking process 6-8 weeks ahead.

Large Groups and Multi-Vehicle Trips

Need more than one bus, or a mix of vehicle types (motorcoach, mini bus, sprinter van)? Give yourself extra lead time — coordinating multiple vehicles and drivers takes more planning than a single-bus booking.

Recurring or Contract Service

Organizations that need a regular weekly or seasonal route should set up a standing arrangement in advance rather than booking trip-by-trip, which guarantees vehicle availability and locks in consistent pricing.

Same-Day and Last-Minute Requests

Life happens — a trip gets added at the last minute, or plans change. We'll do what we can to accommodate short-notice requests based on vehicle availability, but availability (and vehicle choice) narrows the closer you get to your travel date.
